Proud Life Calculator is a calculation and utility tool that provides basic and scientific calculations, as well as other calculation, conversion, and supporting features.

3. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Refunds

The applicable price, billing period, free trial (if any), subscription benefits, and other material purchase terms will be those displayed at the time of purchase by the relevant product and app store or payment platform.

Before making a purchase, please review the relevant features, pricing, and purchase terms and make sure the product meets your needs.

Where a purchase is made through Google Play, the Apple App Store, Microsoft Store, or another third-party platform, payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are generally handled by the applicable platform in accordance with its rules and applicable law.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise or the relevant platform rules provide otherwise, once a purchase has been completed, we generally do not directly accept or process refund requests for transactions completed through third-party platforms. If you wish to request a refund, you should generally submit your request through the platform used for the purchase in accordance with its refund policies and procedures. Refund eligibility and approval are generally determined by the applicable platform in accordance with its rules and applicable law.

For automatically renewing subscriptions, your subscription may renew according to the terms presented at purchase unless you cancel it within the time and in the manner required by the applicable platform.

You can review, manage, or cancel applicable subscriptions through the subscription management features provided by the platform through which you made the purchase.

Nothing in these Terms affects consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights in our software, website, interface designs, text, graphics, icons, program code, and other related content are owned by us or the applicable rights holders.

Proud Life Calculator generates results based on the data you enter, the features you select, and the applicable calculation rules.
